Returns and/or Refunds

Due to the custom production nature of Backyard Banger products and the logistical complexities with delivery, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds or accept returns for convenience.

Deposits, whether in person or online, are non-refundable. The deposit needs to be utilized within 12 months and the amount is applied towards the guaranteed purchase price of your Backyard Banger portable island. 

In very rare circumstances we are able to work with our customers to approve a product return for a partial refund. Such a return must be requested in writing to support@bybanger.com within 7 days from delivery confirmation. If approved:

(a) The product must be unused and in original undamaged packaging;

(b) You will be responsible for arranging and paying for shipping the product back to our warehouse;

(c) After our warehouse receives, inspects, and verifies the returned product, within 45 days you will receive a refund or your original purchase price, minus the original shipping cost, damages, credit card processing fees, and a $500 Restocking fee.

Please note: All discounted and Show sales are final.

Warranty Replacements

Products that have functional manufacturing defects will be accepted for replacement within the first 30 days of delivery confirmation.

Items that were damaged in shipping and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery (with details and pictures) will be accepted for replacement.

Certain components listed below are also covered by the manufacturer’s warranties and are eligible for replacement components within those relevant warranty periods. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or accidents, including excessive force, heat, moisture, wear and tear, misuse, load, pressure, or environmental exposure.

 
Manufacturer's Warranty period eligible for replacement:

  • Metal Cabinet, frame, doors, and caster wheels: 3 years
  • Sink and Faucet: 3 years
  • Wooden Counter tops: 3 years 
    • Excludes damage from normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or chips. Excludes cracks from impact. 
  • Electrical Pop-up: 3 year
  • Fridge: 3 year
  • Umbrella: 1 year Frame and 3 years for Canopy fabric.
    • Excludes damage from wind.
