Backyard Banger Shipping Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us, online or in person.
Overview
At Backyard Banger, we're committed to delivering your Portable Kitchen & bar efficiently. Backyard Banger ships pre-assembled with light assembly needed for final setup.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Delivery
Delivery Time: 4-6 weeks from order confirmation date.
Cost: Flat rate standard shipping on all Backyard Banger orders within the continental United States. Please visit our website bybanger.com or email team@bybanger.com for current rates.
White Glove: WG service option is available for an additional fee, which includes delivery appointment, room of choice, 20 minute assembly, 1 flight of stairs, and packaging removal.
Method: Freight delivery via trusted carriers, insured and bonded

Please note: The customer is responsible to inform Backyard Banger, regarding such areas where delivery trucks have limited access so alternate delivery options can be organized for additional fee.
What to Expect
Pre-Delivery
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships
Our freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a convenient delivery window
Please ensure someone 18+ is available to receive the delivery
Delivery Day
Curbside Delivery: Our standard delivery includes curbside drop-off. The carrier will deliver your Backyard Banger to the curb or end of your driveway.
Fully Assembled: Your Backyard Banger arrives 90% assembled - just roll it to your desired location! Attach the side table and drain option of your choice!
Inspection: Please inspect your delivery for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Inform us within 24 hours of any damage and take pictures of all findings. Please send them to team@bybanger.com for claim processing.
White Glove Delivery (Optional)
Service Includes: Delivery into your home/backyard (room of choice), placement in desired location, and packaging removal

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships
Tracking Your Order
Once your Backyard Banger ships, you'll receive:
Email confirmation with tracking number (depending on your delivery of choice)
A phone call by the carrier 24-48 hours prior to delivery, to set up a delivery appointment.

Delivery Issues
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Backyard Banger arrives damaged:
Inspect and refuse- Note any damage on the delivery receipt
Take photos of any damage (product and packaging)
Contact us within 48 hours at team@bybanger.com or 4802562880.
We will arrange for replacement parts or a replacement unit at no cost to you
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
No one available to receive
Incorrect address provided
Inaccessible delivery location
Additional redelivery fees may apply to reschedule, storage, etc. Please ensure accurate delivery information and availability.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once delivered and signed for, Backyard Banger is not responsible for lost or stolen items
We recommend having packages delivered to a secure location
Consider signature required delivery or white glove service for added security
Address Changes
Address changes must be made within 24 hours of order placement
Contact us immediately at team@bybanger.com to request changes
Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees or be impossible depending on carrier status
Refusal of Delivery
Refused deliveries will be subject to return shipping fees if No damage was noted
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for refused deliveries if no damage was noted
Please review our Return Policy before refusing delivery
Business/Commercial Deliveries
For bulk orders or commercial deliveries:
